Drugs: Jonathan J. Reynolds, of Ballston Spa, was arrested Friday, March 24 and charged with criminal sale of marijuana.
DWI: William K. Hutton, 51, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested Saturday, March 25 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended registration, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, use of a vehicle without an interlocking device, operating without a license, operating with a broken windshield, operating without insurance, and operating an uninspected motor vehicle.

Rape: Marshall G. Gaudet, 30, of Malta, was indicted Friday, March 24 on the charges of predatory sexual assault, first degree; three counts of rape, third degree; sexual abuse, first degree; use of a child in a sexual performance; possessing a sexual performance of a child; and coercion, second degree.
Gaudet allegedly committed the crimes in Malta in July 2015, and June and July 20016.
Possession: Laurie M. Cannelli, 52, of Ballston Spa, was indicted Friday, March 24 on two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, third degree.
Cannelli allegedly committed the crimes in Greenfield in October 2016.
Homicide: Harold L. Wolcott, 41, of Milton, was sentenced Thursday, March 30 to 30 days imprisonment for criminally negligent homicide. He was also placed on five years probation and ordered to pay restitution of $8,428 for funeral expenses for the victim.
Wolcott, a mobile home park manager, got in an altercation with Scott A. Montie, 51, April 29, 2016 at Montie’s residence. He proceeded to restrain Montie by the neck until authorities arrived and found him unresponsive. Montie died two days later at Saratoga Hospital.
Assault: Riley P. Belkevich-Manupella, 21, of Clifton Park, was sentenced Thursday, March 30 to five years of probation.
He pleaded guilty earlier this year to vehicular assault, second degree, for an icnident that occured in Milton in May 2016.
Contempt: Craig M. Guilfoyle, 31, of Ballston Spa, pleaded guilty Thursday, March 30 to criminal contempt, first degree, in connection with an incident that occured in Malta in December 2016.
Guilfoyle is due back in court for sentencing Thursday, May 25.
Possession: John. L Dowdell III, 26, of Colonie, was indicted Thursday, March 30 on charges of criminal possession, third degree; and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, fourth degree.
Dowdell allegedly committed the crimes in Malta in October 2016.
DWI: Bryan A. Holohan, 41, of Ballston Lake, was sentenced to 16 months to four years in state prison.
Holohan pleaded guilty earlier this year to driving while intoxicated for an incident that occured in Clifton Park on Jan. 1.
Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office
DWI: Katelynn M. Skoda, 25, of Ballston Spa, was arrested Sunday, March 26 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while ability impaired by drugs, operating a motor vehicle with an open alcohol container, operating without insurance, speeding and a lane violation.
Skoda was arrested following an investigation into a crash in Forest Hills Mobile Home Park on Paisley Road, Milton. She allegedly left the roadway and struck a tree, requiring extraction by the Rock City Falls Fire Department. Skoda was airlifted to Albany Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
Contraband: Justin D. Garrison, 28, of Ballston Spa, was arrested Wednesday, March 29 and charged with promoting prison contraband, first degree.
Garrison was arrested at the Saratoga County Correctional Facility after a small red balloon containing three pills identified as Oxycodone Hyrodchloride were found in his possession.
Stabbing: Rogerio F. Torres, 35, of Ballston Spa, was arrested Thursday, March 30 and charged with assault, second degree; assault, third degree; menacing, second degree; and criminal possession of a weapon, fourth degree.
Torress allegedly stabbed his brother in the hand and kneed him in his back during a domestic incident at the Westwood Motel on Route 50, Ballston.
He was arraigned in the Milton Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 bail.
