DWI: 28-year-old Korey Harris of Saratoga Springs was sentenced to five years of probation and given an ignition interlock device stemming from his February arrest by State Police in Milton. Harris was charged with driving while intoxicated.
Promoting and Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child: 56-year-old Paul Krupski of Ballston Spa was arraigned on six counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child and 52 counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child — both felonies. Krupski was arrested by State Police in Ballston back in February. He will reappear in court for sentencing.
Criminal Contempt: 30-year-old Jackie McGonigle of Ballston Lake was sentenced to one and a half to three years in state prison for criminal contempt in the first degree. McGonigle pled guilty to the charge in August. She was arrested by State Police in Ballston in June.
MILTON – Two Ballston Spa men who were arrested during a drug bust in July have pled guilty to criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Alvin A. Watson, age 59, and Mensah L. Watson, age 20, were arrested after the Saratoga County Sheriff executed a search warrant at a mobile home on Rock City Road in the Town of Milton, resulting in the discovery of a large amount of cocaine, marijuana, packaging materials, over $5,000 in cash, paraphernalia and other items.

Failure To Report Address Change: 37-year-old Ernest Tisaj of Rennselear pled guilty and was sentenced to time served for failure to report an address change within 10 calendar days. Tisaj was arrested in Milton in July by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
