St. Mary’s School was established in 1960 as a parish elementary school, and has been an important part of the Ballston Spa community ever since. They continue to provide a strong quality education through the traditions and teachings of Roman Catholicism.
St. Mary’s School is an extension of St. Mary’s Parish also located in Ballston Spa and its community strives to provide a Catholic elementary education to the children entrusted in their care. They provide education from Nursery/Pre-School through the Fifth Grade. Their curriculum is guided by the Gospel’s spirit of love within an atmosphere of academic excellence that nurtures the growth in holiness and wholeness for each child.
The community of St. Mary’s School will impart the principles to act both critically and creatively within society by encouraging social awareness, truthful communication and responsible decision-making.
Along with being accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, they also hold memberships in the: National Catholic Education Association; Catholic School Administrators Association of New York State.
