Participating restaurants include Alaturco Mediterranean Cuisine, Blue Agave, Boca Bistro, Chez Pierre Restaurant, Druthers Brewing Company, Fish at 30 Lake, Gaffney’s Restaurant, Harvey’s Restaurant & Bar, Henry Street Taproom, Jacob & Anthony’s, Mango Tree Imports, Park Side Eatery, Peabody’s, Phila Fusion Noodle Bar, Prestwick Chase at Saratoga, Campagna Restaurant, Prime at Saratoga National, Ravenous, Skidmore Food Service, Sperry’s Restaurant, Sushi Thai Garden, The Ice House, The Parting Glass, The Savory Pantry/Hungry Spot, Three Vines Bistro & Bar and Wheatfields Restaurant.
“We are fortunate to live in a region rich in dining establishments that offer a unique blend of culinary styles,” Fran Dingeman, owner of Network Saratoga, said in a statement. “The Saratoga International Flavorfeast was created as a celebration of the International food styles we find in the Saratoga area and the wonderfully diverse mix of cultures who come here to enjoy them.”
In addition to food samples at various restaurants on Broadway, and Henry, Phila and Caroline streets, there will be restaurants from outside the center of town set up in the Saratoga Downtowner Parking Lot on the corner of Broadway and Division Street. The event will include cultural entertainment and trolley tours throughout the streets of the city. This year, foreign cars provided by Keeler Motor Car Company and Maserati of Albany will also be on display on Division Street as part of the multi-cultural celebration.
