I wish the title of this letter was the beginning of a joke, but unfortunately, it represents the truth of local Democrats this election season. I write this partially in response to the letter of Ben Walter (Baskin) (March 5, 2017, The Ballston Journal Online), and to [Read more…]

On behalf of the Rossi family and Walmart, I have asked The Ballston Journal Online to share a link to a Dropbox folder containing the key documents being considered by the Town of Ballston Planning Board related to the pending site plan and subdivision applications associated with the proposed Walmart Project.
The applicants have recently requested that the Town of Ballston Planning Board conduct its review of Part II of the State Environmental Quality Review Act (“SEQRA”) Environmental Assessment Form. The files in the Dropbox folder are being provided for the public’s ease of access in advance of the requested Town of Ballston Planning Board meeting.
It is our understanding that the Town of Ballston Planning Board continues to invite the public to submit written comments to the Town Hall (via electronic mail or traditional letters) for review and consideration. Note that we will be providing the same document link to the Town to place on their website as soon as possible.
We encourage people interested in downloading the files to do so on a computer instead of a mobile device because of the size of some of the electronic files.
We look forward to appearing in front of the Town of Ballston Planning Board in the near future to help conclude the consideration of the site plan and subdivision.
