PressRoom, Fort Orange merge

The PressRoom, located at 35 Bath Street in Ballston Spa is merging with the Fort Orange Press, according to representatives from both companies.

A representative from the PressRoom, who declined to give a name, said the merger could happen as early as next week.

Eric Butler purchased the PressRoom from Gino Bardi who stated the company in 1981, according to information from its Web site.

Attempts to contact Butler to discuss the transaction were unsuccessful.

The Fort Orange Press is located at 11 Sand Creek Road in Albany, and prints for “direct mail campaigns, marketing brochures, product catalogs, corporate annual reports,” according to information from its Web site.
