DWI: Craig Guilfoyle, 31, of Ballston Spa, was arrested Thursday, Feb. 2 and charged with driving while intoxicated.
Guilfoyle was pulled over early Thursday morning for moving violation on Interstate 87 and later tested a 0.11 percent blood alcohol concentration, according to police.

DWI: Lee M. O’Dell, 56, of Clifton Park, was sentenced Friday, Feb. 3 to 10 months in jail and one year license revocation.
O’Dell pleaded guilty in December to driving while intoxicated after being arrested on the charge in Malta last September.
Burglary: Gabriel N. Busreth, 45, of Lake Luzerene, pleaded guilty Friday, Feb. 3 to attempted robbery, second degree, after being arrested on the charge in Malta last May.
Burseth is due back in court for sentencing Thursday, March 30.
Burglary: Tiffany Almy, 25, of Ballston Spa, was sentenced Monday, Feb. 6 to up to three years in state prison.
Almy pleaded guilty last December to the crime, which she committed in Ballston Spa last November.
Almy also was sentenced to one year in state prison and two years of post-release supervision on a separate conviction.
She pleaded guilty last December to attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance, third degree, in Malta last May.

Rape: Sean P. Keegan, 24, of Albany, was arrested Thursday, Feb. 2 and charged with rape, third degree.
Keegan allegedly befriended an underage female victim at a “furry” convention in Saratoga Springs and later hate intercourse with the victim at a residence in Milton.
