Police and Courts: Feb. 16-22, 2017

The following items are police and courts records from the Ballston Spa Police Department, Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office, Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office and New York State Police.

Ballston Spa Police Department

Harassment: Christopher Murphy, 40, of Ballston Spa, was arrested Thursday, Feb. 16 and charged with harassment, second degree.

Unlicensed: Kelli R. Jeanson, 28, of Ballston Spa, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, third degree; and operating a motor vehicle with a registration that is suspended or revoked.

Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office

Falsified records: Mary B. Murphy, 49, of Ballston Spa, pleaded guilty Thursday, Feb. 16 to falsifying business records, first degree. She committed the crime in Corinth last August.

Murphy was placed in interim probation to include treatment court. She is due back in court for sentencing Wednesday, May 17.

DWI: Kimberly J. Voigt, 51, of Ballston Spa, pleaded guilty Friday, Feb. 17 to driving while intoxicated.

Voigt was arrested on the charge in Ballston Spa last October.

Possession: Zarak O. Ali, 43, of Albany, pleaded guilty Friday, Feb. 17 to criminal possession of a forged instrument, second degree; and offering a false instrument for filing, first degree.

Ali committed the crimes in Ballston Spa.

DWI: James J. Innes, 33, of Mechanicville, pleaded guilty Tuesday, Feb. 21 to two counts of driving while intoxicated.

Innes was arrested on separate occiasions for DWI in Malta and Ballston last September.
