A Glenville teen stole an item valued at more than 1,000 from a garage in Ballston according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
The alleged incident took place in the Seelye Estates development in Ballston sometime overnight between Oct. 12 and Oct. 16, deputies said Thursday.
Jeremiah R. Bennett, 18, of St. Stephens Lane East, entered the garage and allegedly stole the item, which has been recovered, deputies said. It was unclear Thursday what the item was.
He was arrested Wednesday and charged with second-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny, both felonies.
He was arraigned in Milton Town Court and sent to Saratoga County jail on $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond. He is to appear Wednesday in Ballston Town Court.
