Supervisor offers optimistic view for Ballston in 2018

BALLSTON – At the annual State of the Town of Ballston address last night, Supervisor Tim Szczepaniak offered a positive outlook for residents based on water projects, zoning updates and growth in areas of parks and recreation. The presentation ran about 50 minutes and started with a photo slide show of volunteers, staff and bright spots of 2017.

Supervisor Szczepaniak introduced new town attorney, Deborah Kaelin and both addressed questions at the end of the presentation about active lawsuits, Dolomite and the allegation of spot zoning and PUDD’s.

He also announced the hire of Megan Baker and the Baker Public Relations firm to upgrade and improve the Town’s communications to residents.
