BALLSTON SPA – Board trustees heard an update about the housing support fund used to assist mostly seniors and disabled residents living in the Village.
Joseph Mastrianni of JEM, Inc., Saratoga Springs gave an overview of frequently asked questions and explained who the programs service. He is the second generation owner and has continued a business relationship with the Village, started by his father, in the 1970’s.
