NYS Police, Troop G, reported: James McFarland, 44, of Ballston Spa, was charged Dec. 28 at 6:48 p.m. at 82 Pyramid Pines Estates in Wilton with second-degree criminal contempt of court for violating an order of protection, a Class-A misdemeanor. McFarland was held in custody.
