Paul Pruitt, owner of Local 388 has worked in several restaurants, bars and catering companies over the last 20 years. He has witnessed first hand the importance of buying local. They are the only fresh hamburger restaurant in the local market, and they are dedicated to ensuring that the community thrives. That is why Pruitt partners strictly with local businesses, ensuring his customers receive quality ingredients and the community prospers.

Local artists contributed to the decor of the restaurant.

For those who are gluten free, their gluten free buns are made by Saratoga Gluten Free Goods.

Of course, their specialty is burgers but they offer scrumptious sandwiches and salads as well. They are a family-friendly bar and grill that’s perfect for both couples and families. The restaurant holds 30 with additional seating for 10 at the bar. Outside seating is available in season. Local 388 is also available for events for up to 150 with a combination of indoor and outdoor seating.
They are a part of DISH restaurants, and offer off-site catering along with event hosting. With an extensive menu, hosts are able to completely customize their menu. Additionally they offer full event planning and prices range from $10 to $100 per person depending on the event.

Along with delicious local food, Local 388 has an impressive beverage menu. They are the only restaurant that offers house-made sodas and milkshakes, all made with local ingredients of course. They also serve New York’s finest craft beers and local wines.

The Local 388 Burger Bar is open TuesdaySaturday 11 a.m. – 9 p.m., Sunday 12pm – 8pm and closed on Mondays.
