BALLSTON SPA – Family Fun Day, Falling Leaves Festival, the annual Easter Egg Hunt, Winter Festival and Swimming Under the Stars are out of the 2018-2019 fiscal budget unanimously passed by the Village Board on Monday, April 30. The new budget also included a 17% increase in property taxes.
