BALLSTON – The Town Board tabled a resolution approving water extensions “due to hardships” to two controversial developments and a new firehouse that is still in the planning stage during Tuesday’s meeting after being contacted by the state Department of Agriculture and Markets over ongoing litigation just a few hours before the meeting.
